Future excursions and activities

The club has outings on the second Saturday of each month. These outings are led by someone having a particular interest in or knowledge of the area visited.

There are usually no excursions in January,  July and August. In July we have a “show and tell” indoors, and August is the month for our AGM.

FUTURE WALKS

October 10th – The Church Spire, Mt Cameron Range, with Mike

A bushwalk to the Church Spire, reached after about 70minutes from the gate on the Field Study Centre Road. Mostly straight forward walking, but the track is rocky  and moderately steep in places. Orchids should be in flower.

Meet: Meet  at 10am at the signposted junction of the Waterhouse and Old Port Roads.

November 6th, 7th, 8th – We will be hosting various activities in conjunction with the Central North Field Naturalist Club based around Bridport and Waterhouse. More details next bulletin. NOTE : this is not our usual 2nd weekend in the  month.
